We are pleased to offer training courses designed to increase the effectiveness of security system implementations.
Our Training Teams provide the following courses:

Administrative Training.
The Summit eNT for Administrators course provides its participants with the ability to plan and manage their security system. This three or four day course covers the configuration, programming, operation and management of the Summit eNT Security System Software. As well, training team is factory-certified to provide training on many different subsystems (e.g., CCTV, Door Control, Intercom, Elevator Control). Upon completion of this course, the participant will have a thorough understanding of the Monitoring and Control Application, Access Control, System Management functions, Photobadge Design & Capture & Management, CCTV Configuration and Management Reporting.

Operator Training.
The Summit eNT for Operators course is a subset of the Summit eNT for Administrators course. This half-day course covers the elements of alarm handling and response, control of input and output devices and location of card users. Upon completion of this course, the participant will have a thorough understanding of the Monitoring and Control Application and how to use Summit eNT to respond to security and safety-related activities for their organization.

Installation, Maintenance & Service Training.
The Summit eNT Hardware Installation course describes the function of related security hardware devices and peripherals. This two-day course is aimed at technical personnel responsible for the installation and maintenance of the Summit eNT hardware and related devices. Upon completion, the participant will have received hands-on training, as well as testing & troubleshooting procedures.
